Houston Heights American Mah Jongg

This is a class for beginners new to playing American Mah Jongg. We will cover the rules, set up and play an open practice game or two. 2024 hand cards will be provided, the cost of which is covered by the $15 class fee.

This class will prepare you for play with the main group and be a good chance to meet others new to the game.

I'll provide water and tea. Feel free to bring a snack to share.

We'll play (3) tables of four players. If the table counts are off, east will rotate out each game so another player can sit in. I have two tile sets and three tables. I need volunteers for an extra tile set. Don't forget your 2023 hand card.
