About us
Pickleball is the small-court sport (similar to tennis) that is one of the fastest growing sports in America. This Meetup will inform members about local Pickleball lessons, events, venues, clinics, social mixers and tournaments. It will also allow them to publicize their own events, look for playing partners and invite other players to join them. Current Pickleball players, tennis players, racquetball players or anyone interested in learning to play a fun, athletic, but social sport at either a competitive or recreational level should become a member.

Alzheimer's Benefit Pickleball Tournament
Pickleball Katy, 24825 Roesner Road, Katy, TX, USA fun, round-robin DOUBLES tournament for Men's (6-15,) Women's (6-16) & Mixed (6-17) teams, with age divisions. All divisions are completed in one day. The tournament is open to all playing levels and no ratings are needed. Divisions are limited to 8 teams, so all teams will have up to seven 15-point matches plus a possible playoff match.
The entry fee of $50/player includes snacks, drinks and medals for the winners. Each entry includes a ticket for a daily prize drawing and an opportunity to bid on some fantastic items in a silent auction.
Tournament proceeds will be donated to the South Texas Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Assn. in support of Alzheimer’s research, treatment and patient care. We are getting ever-closer to a treatment that will slow the disease or cure it, but your support is vital. We can’t stop now!
