What we’re about
Pickleball is the small-court sport (similar to tennis) that is one of the fastest growing sports in America. This Meetup will inform members about local Pickleball lessons, events, venues, clinics, social mixers and tournaments. It will also allow them to publicize their own events, look for playing partners and invite other players to join them. Current Pickleball players, tennis players, racquetball players or anyone interested in learning to play a fun, athletic, but social sport at either a competitive or recreational level should become a member.

THE ALZHEIMER’S BENEFIT PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT at the Houston Pickleball Country Club has been re-scheduled for AUGUST 27-28-29, 2025 at the same location.
Due to many late entries and summer vacations, we were unable to plan carefully, order medals and t-shirts and structure A tournament draw.
So, if the new dates work for you, you can still sign up and play. Each of the round-robin doubles events (MD, WD & MXD) will be played on one afternoon. It's round-robin in age divisions (with up to 6+ matches) for $45, and it's all for fun, with snacks, drinks, prize drawings and a silent auction that includes a family weekend stay at a beautiful Lake Austin guest house and some one-of-a-kind pickleball pottery and jewelry items.
