Special Event for Donors: Las Manos Magicas (Shift 1)

Over the last 12 months, we've had several members donate time and money to help keep the group successful and fun (and the bills paid!). Occasionally we have events just for the donors and volunteers. If you have contributed (DIY fund raiser event, etc) and/or volunteered to lead a photowalk, this event is exclusively for you! :)

Las Manos Magicas is a Houston home for folk art and fine crafts. Its a colorful selection of finely crafted art, masks, outdoor fixtures and jewelry. Here's the description from their web site:
We are located in Houston, Texas and we offer a very diverse selection of art. We sell fine folk art, fine handcrafted jewelry, ethnic textiles, and contemporary, outsider and self-taught art. Fine Mexican folk art is our specialty, but we have ethnic art from other regions as well. We also represent about a dozen Texas and regional self-taught and outsider artists whose themes are folk art-related and have jewelry by over a dozen fine craftsmen. We have periodic exhibits of work by promising contemporary artists. We would love for you to come visit us while you are in the Bayou City.
