WHY DINE AT DILLY'S?

In the past 12 months, the have racked up a huge number of reviews, mostly positive. But also 13 reviews are either 1- or 2-Star. I figure there's no way they are really that bad. So let's go find out. If the food is amazing and all 15 of us give them positive reviews, it might help their rating.
