PHOTOWALK: GLENWOOD CEMETERY (*SUNDAY*)

It’s been a while since we visited Glenwood Cemetery, and it was one of our most popular photowalks. Join us for another visit to this historic Houston landmark. Space is limited to 20 photographers, so RSVP early.

NOTE: This is the *SUNDAY* photowalk. This walk starts 1 hour earlier than the Saturday photowalk, so meet near the offices *AT 7AM*. NOTE: GATES DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 7AM. Be patient with security, they will open and we'll MEET NEAR THE OFFICES BEFORE WE START WALKING AROUND.

EVENT DESCRIPTION

Established in 1871, Glenwood Cemetery is an 88-acre historic garden cemetery beside Buffalo Bayou, just outside downtown Houston. Its landscape, trees, historic statuary, and some views of the downtown skyline, Memorial Drive, and Allen Parkway offer plenty of subjects to explore.

We have permission to visit as a group. Please keep your photograph sharing limited to your personal social media and within the Houston Photowalks group. Photography publication of the cemetery is restricted per Glenwood Cemetery Photography Rules.
