We invite all ladies to join our women's-only shamanic community, a circle of sisterhood, in our safe, private, supportive space, where women are seen and heard free of judgement, where one can work on their own self-healing journey while helping empower and support other women in theirs.

Please arrive before 6:30 PM for sign in and quiet meditation.

LOCATION: Houston area

As we prepare for Spring's return next month, let us also prepare our minds, bodies, and spirits by awakening our inner light and energy!

Kimberly "Owl" will guide us through her gentle, energy-activating movements--a mix of tai chi, chi gong, and reiki--to stir the energetic flow within our own bodies. She will lead us in a healing chakra meditation for self-love, and guide a shamanic drumming session to seek answers from our spiritual guides and allies.

Bring a prayer or meditation shawl or sweater, a bottle of water and a journal if you wish to record your experiences. You may also bring a blanket to lie on if you are more comfortable doing so for the meditation.
