I’ve been thinking a lot about how lonely HR roles can feel sometimes.
We’re expected to have the answers, handle tough conversations, and balance people + business… but rarely have a space to speak openly ourselves.
So I’m starting something small in Calgary: HR Unfiltered Calgary. A social for HR Folks where they can be themselves and being their full selves to chill
No panels. No presentations.
Just 8–10 HR professionals in a room, having honest, off-the-record conversations about real challenges and creating a real time support system while we have fun together . Pickle ball, do some art stuff, bar crawl, painting workshop, yoga , anything we decide as a group
