People all around the world are learning to "Tap" away unwanted negative emotions. The third Tuesday of every month a group of ordinary people get together to practice learning how to "Tap" away stress, anxiety and pain. "Tapping" is a form of acupressure combined with focusing on the feeling of what is wrong in life, whether that be emotionally or physically, in order to re-frame the problem in to an opportunity to heal.
The group is facilitated by Al Rodee, a full time, professional, practitioner of EFT, who creates a loving and safe space for people to share or observe others in their healing journey.
