Investing in Sydney or Auckland with Minimum Funds

We are setting up an investment fund to invest in apartments in Sydney, Australia and in Auckland, New Zealand.

Both places will generate higher R.O.I. than in Silicon Valley and in a much nicer place with higher appreciation rate.

Both metros have higher population growth rates than Silicon Valley with much cheaper prices (between 30% to 50%) cheaper in equivalent neighborhoods.

Investors must put in a minimum of $20K to get a number of shares on each fund raised. This fund will then be used to invest in a number of rental apartments that are selected from growth areas in a suburb of Sydney or Auckland.

Investors will receive their return in 5 years or sell their shares to a new investors before this investment period.

They are also eligible to rent these apartments at discounted rental pricing.
