### About these classes

Becoming a parent is exhilarating – and also one of life’s greatest challenges. What would it be like to parent from a place of peace, confidence, and wisdom?

With Buddha’s teachings, we can train our minds in greater patience, compassion, and love. As a parent, we will need all of these! By aligning our intentions and our actions we develop vital skills for navigating our new role. We can drop unhelpful expectations and experience deep joy in the present moment.

March 21 ~ Increasing the joy and confidence in parenting
March 28 ~ Cultivating faith in our children’s goodness and wisdom
April 4 ~ Growing our Love, reducing our attachment
April 11~ Creating a more peaceful parenting experience
April 18 ~Letting go of old stories, healing past trauma
April 25~Cultivating patience and equanimity
May 2~ Setting intentions, dropping expectations
May 9~ Increasing the joy and confidence in parenting
May 16 ~ Cultivating faith in our children’s inherent goodness and wisdom
May 23 ~ Growing our Love, reducing our attachment

These classes include a 20 minute Dharma talk, Q & A, and turn and talk.

Members are also interested in
