About us
The Peninsula Outdoor Painters group (POPs) was established in 1977 by a group of plein air painters. We paint on Tuesday mornings at the same location for two consecutive weeks, then we move to the next location. Our group welcomes painters at every skill level.
Guidelines to remember when painting with our group
- Please yield to walkers, bikers and equestrians.
- Try to avoid blocking walkways and trails. Please set up to the side of a trail.
- Please stay on designated trails
- Please do not dump any dirty paint water or solvents.
- Please leave your painting area spotless, please leave no trace, so that we may return.
