Free Online Introduction To Mindfulness Meditation.
'Holiday For The Heart' Weekly Classes.
There will be four classes on wednesday evenings, and then more
classes again in June. (Exact date to be determined)
Learn How To Do Simple Meditations & Bring Mindfulness Into Your Day.
Scientifically Shown To Bring More Calm & Peace, Happiness & Joy.
This Introduction Class Will Get You On The Path Of Less Stress & Teach You A Skill That Makes Life More Manageable.
Classes Held Through Zoom, So You Can Be In The Comfort Of Your Own Home As You Meet Like~Minded People.
Everyone Is Welcome, From All Backgrounds, Places, Ages And Creeds,
The Only Requirement Is That You Would Like To Learn Mindfulness.
Please come on time as I will need to close the meeting at 7.05pm to begin
an opening meditation.

Please note that I will be recording 30 mins audio over the entire event for the purpose of submitting it to my sole mentor/teacher from the teacher training course that I'm attending, for her appraisal.
