
What we’re about
We offer classes and meetups that teach East Asian medicine-based practices for health, happiness, inner peace, and wellness. Our main emphasis is on meditative energy movements and postures rooted in our lineage-based Taoist Qigong system, Wu Ming Qigong. Stress management is a must in our modern day and age. We hope to give people tools that can bring physical and emotional balance back into their lives and get back in touch with their true purpose and selves.
