Long Dock Park is such a great place. Do join us!!! We will NOT be dining this time.

Spikes or some sort of traction devices for your boots may be mandatory unless all this white and clear stuff has left us. I have some extras that I will bring but please get some for yourself, you won't be able to do it without if it hasn't melted. NO SNEAKERS OR SOFT SOLED SHOES!!! Wear the best contoured bottomed boots you have!!!

Long Dock Park is a wonderful riverside old train bed (for part of it) that stretches along the Hudson into Beacon to a great waterfall. It is 95% flat. We may also check out 2 side trails to an eagle blind and a cool viewpoint on the Fishkill creek. The walk is 4ish miles total, roughly 2 hours.

When you turn into the park the road forks. GO LEFT. We will be there. Dogs welcome!! We will NOT dine afterwards.

If you are bringing a guest please add guests to your RSVP so I know how many to plan for. If you sign up and can't make it please change your RSVP. 2 no-shows will be deletion from the group. Late back outs count as no-shows if you accumulate them.

$2 Meetup fee. If you send me your cell I will return with mine.
