This is a group for anyone interested in exploring their own or their teams workplace behaviours, motivators and emotional intelligence.

One of the hardest skills in business (and life!) is working with other people. Everyone has different beliefs and a different view of how work should be done. It helps to use assessment tools to understand each others work preferences.

We will be undertaking assessments* and meeting to discuss the outcomes and actions.

*This will require a financial investment.

Useful for those who are at a loss as to their next role, are recently redundant, want a career change or just deeper insight into their behaviours for personal or professional development, this is a great place to start to improve your relationships and communication!
