Humanists at Pink Dot 2025

Pink Dot is an event that has occurred annually since 2009 in support of the LGBT community in Singapore. Attendees of Pink Dot events gather to form a “pink dot” to show support for inclusiveness, diversity and the freedom to love.
The Humanist Society (Singapore) has been supporting Pink Dot since our inception. The Society hopes there can be an increase in space to raise awareness of and respect for LGBT persons through public education and media coverage. LGBT persons, including children, are often subject to arbitrary discrimination, bullying and harassment, because of personal prejudices and ignorance. The impact of LGBT discrimination is also greatly felt by the friends and family of LGBT persons, who share in their struggle for acceptance.
