The Masculinity Crisis

Join us this Sunday, either in person or online, as we discuss The Masculinity Crisis.
This Sunday, we will watch a 55-minute video of a conversation between Scott Galloway & Simon Sinek on the importance of confidence and risk taking in building “healthy masculinity,” and how difficult that is in modern society.
In this episode of Simon Sinek’s podcast, A Bit of Optimism, Scott and Simon talk about the “masculinity crisis,” why young people are struggling to connect and why masculine and feminine traits are complementary rather than competing. The speakers challenged each other, listened, and ultimately agreed that building real confidence may be one of the most important skills we can teach the next generation.
Simon Oliver Sinek (born 9 October 1973) is a British/American author and inspirational speaker on business leadership. His books include Start with Why (2009) and The Infinite Game (2019).
Scott Galloway (born November 3, 1964) is an American academic, author, podcast host, and entrepreneur. He is professor of marketing at the New York University Stern School of Business.
