Serve Dinner at Pathways/Homeward Bound Shelters #63

Read entire description please! Four dependable volunteers needed who enjoy engaging with people from different backgrounds to serve dinner at our two local shelters: Pathways Family Shelter at 562 29 Rd, Grand Junction, and Homeward Bound at 2853 North Ave. Note that we go to Homeward Bound AFTER serving at Pathways. We will serve prepared meals in a cafeteria-style setting--no cooking or cleanup is involved. This is a great way to serve your community AND get to know fellow HDG members, as we will have about a 45 minute break to visit between shifts.

Please wear non-slip closed toe shoes for safety, and it's a good idea to bring a bottle of water.
