Short, Sweet + Cidery! 1 Hr Sunday Evening Hike In Eureka With Cider Bar Hangout

Wrap up your weekend with a one hour hike in the McKay Community Forest in Eureka followed by an evening hangout at Humboldt Cider Co!

Our 2.25 mile hike will take about an hour. Our route is moderate, 197 ft elevation gain, with a few short climbs. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO WALK A TWENTY MINUTE MILE! Bring layers and, if it's been raining, shoes that don't mind a bit of mud. If you've done the morning bagel hike with us, this is the same one in reverse.

We'll meet at the McKay Community Forest trailhead sign on Harris St. I've put a photo of that in the event photos. We'll do our one hour loop in the woods, end up back at the trailhead, then walk across the street to the Cider Co. They are less than a block away. You can park on Harris St. or across the street on Hubbard Ln, where the Cider Co. is. There is also a parking lot at the Cider Co.

Can't meet us for the hike? Feel free to come by the Cider Co. from 5pm to...? Big Island Kine Hawaiian food truck will be on hand if not sold out.
