What we’re about
My inspiration for launching this group is to create a place for women to make and maintain meaningful connections and friendships. This group is for women single or married. Events will generally be exclusively for women but spouses/significant others will be invited to some of the events. This group is open to all ages but events will be more of interest to women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. Event will include dinning out, wine tasting events, brewery visits, Bunco, festivals, and possibly flower arrangement classes and cooking classes.
Most events will take place in the Lake Norman area or the surrounding areas (Charlotte, Concord, etc).
Group Rules:
-Clear picture of self required
-Treat everyone with respect.
-Please no last minute cancellations. Life happens and plans can change but make all efforts to avoid last minute cancellations. Cancellations can create issues for venues and their staff and is not fair to others in the group, especially those on the waitlist. Chronic last minute cancellations will be addressed individually and may lead to removing offenders from the group.
