My mission is to guide others back to their center—awakening inner peace, clarity, and alignment through the sacred practices of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and hypnotherapy.
With over a decade of experience as a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, I've witnessed the profound transformations that unfold when we tap into the body's energy systems and the subconscious mind. My passion lies in making these ancient teachings both accessible and deeply meaningful for modern seekers.
You might recognize my voice from my popular podcast, where I explore the deeper wisdom behind Kundalini Yoga, the Law of Attraction, and the power of the subconscious mind—all to help you live with greater awareness, intention, and joy.
As a trained Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I weave together the mind-body connection to support healing, self-discovery, and true alignment with your higher self.

Join us for our First Friday blissful night of sound healing with our planetary gongs, crystal quarts singing bowls, and chimes. 3 Gongs Chiron, New Moon, and Sidereal Day. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket, set your intention and drop into a sound journey. Sound healing serves many purposes, while it can be relaxing it also has the ability to make profound shifts towards healing and releasing things that no longer serve you. You will gain a thorough understanding of the system of Reiki from a Traditional Japanese and Western perspective, learn how to give yourself and others a complete Reiki treatment.

All Reiki Certification Classes jare provided in an in person class setting. The class material comes from the Manuals developed by the International Center for Reiki Training.(ICRT) and the International House of Reiki

All classes offer a teaching style that combines education, demonstration, and practice sessions so you can feel confident as you develop your Reiki Practice for yourself and others.

In this class you’ll learn and practice Japanese techniques that can be used daily to ensure a clearer and stronger Reiki channel. These techniques have been missing from Western Reiki for more than 50 years.

Usui placed much greater focus on healing the SELF, than is generally done in Western Reiki. You will be taught self-healing meditations based on that used by Usui with his students - an extremely relaxing process.

Reiki Shoden Level I training includes the following:

The traditional Japanese Shoden techniques taught include:

Kenyoku ho (dry bathing)

Shoden Level I class is a one–day intensive.

Each Reiki ll class usually lasts around 5 hours, but this can vary. All students of Reiki are warmly invited to continue to build upon what they have learnt by attending reiki workshops which are held regularly.
