There is a 4 way walk signal at 15th and Larimer. Costumed Hooligans bum rush into the street and clash brave-heart style with pillows swinging and feathers flying, until the walk signal ends and people return to their corners to let traffic go. Rinse and repeat. Wear a costume, don't be a jock!
