Catskill 3500 Club Annual Dinner

It's that time again to celebrate all the hard work and awesome effort HVH has given to the Catskills this past year. Dust off those bowties and kitten heels and come along to the Catskill 3500 Club Annual dinner to cheer your fellow hikers as they receive their new member certificates for both the regular 3500s and the Winter 3500s!!
This event is open to Members, Aspirants, and their guests.
The cost is $45 per person and you have a meal choice of Prime Rib, Chicken Française or Mixed Veggie Lasagna.

You must mail in a check by March 17th
BASIC INFORMATION:
Estimated distance: A few hundred feet from the back parking lot, plus the distance for however many trips to the restroom and/or bar you make
Estimated elevation gain: Approximately 50 feet from the back parking lot.
Cocktail/social "hour" (hors d'oeuvres, cash bar) is from 3:30 - 5:00
Dinner starts at 5:15
Everyone can go, but if you happen to have become a 35er or Winter 35er between the date of last year's annual dinner and this year's annual dinner, your name will be read out and you will be called to walk up to the podium to get your certificate in front of everyone so put on those sassy pants!
After the dinner last year, we headed over to nearby Keegan Ales for more drinks, dancing, and laughs!

Note that we can opt to sit together at a single table (or at a group of more than one table if enough of us go). You certainly don't have to sit at our HVH table, but if you don't, there's no point in you RSVPing for this event, so even if you plan on going to this dinner please don't RSVP to this event if you're not going to sit with us.
Last year Sara got the names of everyone who was definitely going, and who wanted to sit together, and arranged for that to happen with the 3500 Club. We will do the same this year. Last year the dinner was SOLD OUT! Don't wait till last minute to mail your RSVP!

Got it? You're on the waiting list for this HVH event, and won't be added to the "attending" list (or to our table) until you register for the dinner with the 3500 Club and tell me that you've done so - I won't be chasing people down this year.

Please also note that I will also be telling the 3500 Club who will be sitting at the HVH table(s) by March 17, 2017 so you need to have registered and paid the fee to attend the dinner - and let me know - before then. **
