Waterfall Swim Forest [20s 30s 40s] - HYPS

Please join us for a swim in the natural waterfall with pristine fresh waters that flow from the Melzingah reservoir! This is an extremely beatitful natural waterfall that is in the forest and will require a 5-10 min hike to get to. Pictures on the event are from the actual waterfall. We will get there for an early swim to enjoy the beautiful forest vibes.

This week the theme will be "What is your favorite forest creature?"

• Participants must sign a liability waiver at the beginning of the hike
• Meet us at the small parking area on the side of the road at the coordiantes.
• Outdoors event contingent upon permissible weather to be confirmed day before.

Event Rules:

• Recommended: bring swimsuit, towel, snacks, and water. Folding chair / mat can also be nice. Bring sandals / flip-flops for easy water access but
• Please note there may be some brief challenging terrain to get to the waterfall
• In respect to the forest please bring appropriate recepticles for trash etc. and do not leave any waste.
• Please give us at least 24 hours notice if your RSVP changes so we can make space for others
• Please note by attending this event as an adult, you understand that there are risks associated with hiking and hereby waive any liability from injury, fatality, etc. from group and organizer. Particiapnts will be required to sign waiver upon meeting up.

OUR MISSION:
This is a new group focused on positive vibes for young adults who want to have good conversations over tea & coffee and are looking for alternative vibes instead of bars/drinking, social media/apps, etc. Our meetups are substance-free, but members are not required to be substance-free outside of the meeting. Our group is targeted towards adults in their 20s 30s 40s, but all are welcome.
We are an informal village-like community of young positive minded people whose mission is to create a vibrant community of in the Hudson Valley who get together for wholesome activities and conversations.

• NON-COMMERCIAL — All events are free and donation-based for those who are financially able to contribute

• DRUG, TOBACCO, & ALCOHOL-FREE — No consumption of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco at meetups. Members are free to consume substances outside of meetups at their own discretion. Smokers asked to step outside if they need to.
