What we’re about

Ever wanted to get into running but intimidated by trendy run clubs? This is a safe space for people of all athletic levels to come run, jog, walk on a weekly basis with others!
The purpose of this group is to remove the intimidation of running alone and create a safe space for all bodies to get outside and run/jog/walk.
The group will also be a space where you can meet friends with similar interests. The group will have morning and afternoon sessions once a week that will end with a group coffee or group brewery hang out (not required).
