“IHR at Spanish Landing”

Meet at USS Recruit, we willl go over the Nimitz Bridge towards the Spanish Landing Trail. We will run until we make it to the Cancer Survivors Park and turn around. This run is 2 miles approximately .
Optional: Continue running towards Harbor Island to add miles.
Walk or run at your own pace.
