“IHR at Spanish Landing”

Meet at USS Recruit, we willl go over the Nimitz Bridge towards the Spanish Landing Trail. We will RUN/WAlK until we make it to the Cancer Survivors Park and turn around. This run is 2 miles approximately .
Optional: Continue running towards Harbor Island to add miles.
Walk or run at your own pace.
