I Love JC-Christian Singles Meetup

I hope you’ll join us for Talk It Over this weekend. Friday night we will be meeting online discussing last weekend’s message, Lesson Learned. If you would like to join us in person in the Silicon Valley area, we will be at the Panera Bread in Santa Clara on Sunday. Feel free to invite your friends and family to join us, including your One Life!

We would LOVE to have you join us this coming Friday Night, May 8th, 2026 at O.C. Singles and Couples for Christ, for another Momentous evening! We are having a hoot of a time with an evening full of Marvelous Music, Memorable Teaching and Moving Fellowship Opportunities with new and current friends. What an Astonishingly Cool Combination! In addition, feel free to bring a friend or colleague with you, they are always welcomed!

Instead of going home after work, come early (If you'd like) and enjoy some Great Food and Fellowship with an enticing Freshly Made Cooked Meal to start the evening, from 6:00 pm until 7:15 pm! Our menu for this Friday Night is: Your Choice of Pasta (White or Red), Fresh Garden Salad with condiments, Garlic Bread, Delicious Criss Cross Apple Crowns for Dessert and a Ice Cold Bottle of Water. The cost is a low $8.00.

Each Friday we meet from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm discussing the Talk It Over notes from the previous week’s service or other topics related to Saddleback Church over Zoom.

Please note that you will need an authenticated Zoom account, and please set your name to your actual name, ideally appending the city you’re in—we have members from around the country and the world, so it helps to identify our neighbors. If you don’t include your real name, you may not be permitted entry.

PREPARE FOR THE MEETING

Our small group time is meant to be a time of honest discussion about the topic for the evening, and we want everyone to have a chance to share, so please be ready to answer each question succinctly, and stay on the topic so there’s no need to interrupt anyone.

WHAT TO EXPECT
After introducing any newcomers, we will begin the Bible study, finishing up around 8:30 pm. Please be respectful of others’ time and join on time so we can finish on time, and if anyone is up for it, we will chat afterwards. It helps to keep your video on for visual cues to know if you’re ready to share, but first timers can just hang back and soak it in.

If you don’t have time to go over everything, that’s fine; often the discussion questions work well on their own, but sometimes they will require quite a bit of introspection—HOMEWORK, as I like to say! If you love to share a lot, please allow others time to share as well. If you’re one who doesn’t share that much, please feel free to jump in; we’d love to hear your thoughts.

Just a reminder to those who have been invited by others: this is a small group Bible study for Christians or those on the path to becoming a Christian, studying God’s word together, primarily for singles in their 30’s to 50’s. Please understand that this isn’t a dating group, and we do welcome those who are in various stages of a relationship, especially couples.
