I just discovered the yoga classes at Gamble Garden in Palo Alto.
If you’ve never been here, you have to at least come see and smell it!
Join us for yoga in the garden.
This class is open to all levels of practice and is beginner-friendly.
Explore yoga alignment, movement, and balance through a full range of poses. You can expect a challenging, fun, and relaxing class that will leave you feeling more connected to your breath and in tune with yourself.
Meet us at the front lawn by the canary palm tree. Please bring your own yoga mat. This class is suitable for adults and teens.
