This Friday, we’re getting together at Bahche in San Mateo — a stylish Mediterranean restaurant with a warm, inviting atmosphere and a menu inspired by the rich flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean.
With colorful mezze, dishes made for sharing, and a lively yet relaxed setting, Bahche feels like a perfect place for one of our Friday evenings — gathering around the table, trying different flavors, and enjoying great conversation together.
Our Friday dinners are about much more than choosing a great restaurant. They’re about bringing together people who already know our community and creating a table where conversation flows naturally, everyone feels comfortable, and we can simply enjoy good food and great company.

### Who Can Join Our Regular Friday Dinners

Our regular Friday dinners are free to join and intended for established members of our community whom the organizers and co-hosts already know.
Because we keep these dinners small and restaurant seating is limited, RSVPing does not automatically mean that you have a confirmed seat. From everyone who RSVPs, the organizers will create the final Going list for each dinner.
Please join us only after your status has been moved to Going.
Food and drinks are not included and are paid individually at the restaurant.

### New to Our Community? Join Us on the First Friday of the Month!

We absolutely want to meet new members and make it easy for you to become part of our community.
That’s why the first Friday dinner of every month is open to everyone. If you’re new, this is the perfect opportunity to join us, meet Olga, John, Vas, Asterios and other members, and get to know the community.
We’re also planning other activities specifically for new members, in addition to our mixers, hikes, tennis, cultural events and other gatherings.
Once we’ve had a chance to meet you, you’ll also be able to join our regular Friday dinners.
Please keep this format in mind when RSVPing.

### Friday Dinner Policy

Once you are confirmed as Going, we’re counting on you to join us.

• No walk-ins or crashers. Please come only if your status has been confirmed as Going.
• If your plans change, please update your RSVP to Not Going at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your seat to someone else.
• No-shows and last-minute cancellations may result in exclusion from future Friday dinners.
• Please arrive on time. We understand Bay Area traffic, but please try not to arrive more than 20 minutes late.

These guidelines allow us to keep our regular dinners small, personal, reliable and enjoyable, while also making sure that new members have regular opportunities to meet us and become part of the community.
