For those of you who have been saying lately that life feels too rushed, too noisy, or too disconnected from real human interaction — this might be a beautiful midweek reset ✨
I won’t be joining personally this time, but I came across this free community yoga and meditation evening in Palo Alto and immediately thought some people in our group would probably enjoy it.
It’s beginner-friendly, calm, welcoming, and focused on slowing down a little: gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and simply being present.
And honestly… I’ve always thought yoga is one of the best spaces for more conscious and natural connaissance)) Much better than loud bars or forced networking.
So maybe come, relax, reconnect with yourself a little — and afterward grab tea or coffee with someone from the group ☕
Sometimes meaningful connections happen exactly when nobody is trying too hard.
