We are heading to Astor Pl! When Wegmans opened in Astor Place last year, lower Manhattan’s most discerning gourmet shoppers pretty much freaked out. Now they’re freaking out all over again as the store opens Next Door, a Japanese restaurant featuring sushi and sashimi sourced from Toyosu Fish Market, as well as heartier dishes—like koji-marinated ribeye. This is the second iteration of Next Door—the first is in Rochester. PLEASE BE ON TIME! 😊
