Please join us at Blue Pearl for a sensational evening of fine bubbles, caviar, and luxe bites highlighting the culinary creativity of celebrated local chef Peter Botros. His newest location on Staten Island’s waterfront is an ode to all things seafood, served with warm hospitality and breathtaking views.
The Champagne Wishes Caviar Dreams dinner at Blue Pearl is part of the Friends of James Beard Benefit series; events hosted by generous people, businesses, and organizations outside of JBF that provide critical funding for our programs. Each event supports our mission to champion a standard of Good Food for Good© anchored in talent, equity, and sustainability. Please be ON TIME!!! 😊
