We are heading to East Village! Been meaning to try her Popups forever! Join us in welcoming Chef Rasika Venkatesa's "Mythily", a love letter to South India, specializing in TAMIL CUISINE.

We’re thrilled to welcome Guest Chef Rasika Venkatesa, from Chennai! After moving from India in 2019, she developed her career in the Bay Area across several fine dining kitchens, including The French Laundry, Alexander’s Steakhouse, and Rich Table, rising to Chef de Cuisine at Mourad at the age of 23. She was awarded the Rising Chefs Award in 2022 by Star Chefs.

Utilizing techniques she’s learnt from various restaurants she’s worked at, she combines this with what Tamil food means to her - Integrating the feeling of home into an elevated dining experience, using locally available produce.

Mythily aims to showcase tradition through a contemporary lens - a “progressive” take on the culinary diversity of South India, dedicated to Rasika’s grandmother Mythily Ramachandran, and the entire state of TAMIL NADU and neighboring states.

Mythily is currently looking for investment opportunities to open a full-service restaurant in New York!

Smithereens is a seasonal, seafood focused restaurant from Claud alums (MICHELIN PLATE 🍽️). Our food takes inspiration from the flavors, ingredients, and food traditions of New England. We work to source the best products we can from the Northeast and further afield. The beverage program spotlights a constantly changing wine list alongside cocktails and beer.Please be ON TIME! 😊
