Chef Cedric was awarded a Michelin โญ๏ธ for Perry Street. He is definitely overshadowed by his dadโs stardom/empire! DESSERT FANS REJOICE! Their dessert game is STRONG here. Thereโs an off the menu UBE PIE (that we will order if available). Because Wayan is the love story of Ochi and Cedric Vongerichten. Taking its name from the Balinese term for "first born,โ think Indonesian flavors (from Ochiโs birthplace, Jakarta) paired with a bold French touch (the Vongerichten gene no doubt), for a truly delectable feast.
