Thereโ€™s an off the menu UBE PIE (that we will order if available). Because Wayan is the love story of Ochi and Cedric Vongerichten. Taking its name from the Balinese term for "first born,โ€ think Indonesian flavors (from Ochiโ€™s birthplace, Jakarta) paired with a bold French touch (the Vongerichten gene no doubt), for a truly delectable feast.
