We are heading to Flatiron! 3 Nights Only! Eleven Madison Park welcomes Chef Virgilio Martínez of Central — the acclaimed Lima restaurant known for exploring Peru’s biodiversity. In collaboration with Chef Daniel Humm, a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Food Culture, these dinners unite two leading restaurants for a rare cultural exchange.

Central’s “World in Elevation” menu (dishes foraged by Altitude) — inspired by ecosystems from the Pacific to the Andes and the Amazon — meets EMP’s seasonal expression of New York’s landscape. Together the teams will create a menu reflecting shared commitments to discovery, collaboration, and the deep connection between nature and cuisine.
