Family Meal™ Vol. 19 goes Chino Latino. This edition brings together chefs cooking at the intersection of Latin and Asian flavors. Headlining the night is Chef Zhan of Potluck Club, whose cooking pulls from Cantonese technique and NYC energy. He'll be flipping a classic with General Tso’s chicharrón de pollo and a sweet plantain fried rice loaded with sofrito, Chinese sausage, and scallion. We can't wait to serve you all again!
