This collaborative dinner features a savory-to-sweet menu from three of the city's top talents. Chef Jamie Tran of The Black Sheep brings her modern Vietnamese American cooking to the savory courses, while chef and sommelier Bank Atcharawan of Jipata presents East Asian flavors paired with a thoughtful beverage program. The sweet finale? Pastry Chef Kimmie McIntosh of Milkfish Bakeshop serves up playful, soulful Filipino desserts inspired by pre-colonial traditions. This is a rare chance to experience three distinct culinary perspectives—and three different heritages—at a single table.
