The menus celebrate the rich culinary heritage of North India's Punjab region, inspired by the vibrant flavors found in roadside stalls, family kitchens, and royal palaces. Rare recipes and traditional cooking techniques are thoughtfully preserved throughout, allowing the region's cuisine to shine in its purest and most authentic form. The drinks list further encapsulates the traditions of Punjab. Cocktails focus on tequila and mezcal blended with regional ingredients, while large-serves bring a theatrical service style.
