The spritz has evolved from an Italian aperitivo favorite into a global cocktail obsession, and this June, we’re taking this classic drink to the next level. Celebrate summer with a multi-course dinner and spritz pairing with the team from Santi, including James Beard Award winner® Michael White, the legendary chef behind iconic New York City destinations like Marea, Ai Fiori, and Osteria Morini, and beverage director James Lamb. Each dish on White’s soulful Italian menu will be paired with bespoke spritzes that move beyond the classic bitter profile, like Santi’s vegetable-forward, artichoke-based Carciofi Spritz.
