#### Savor the Land of Fire and Ice Featuring Top Chefs

Ready to taste Iceland on a plate? For one night only, Icelandic chefs Hugi Rafn Stefansson, Thorir Erlingsson, and Haflidi Halldorsson will transport diners to Iceland. Inspired by the country's scenic landscapes and rich food culture, the multi-course feast will showcase Iceland's unique and iconic ingredients at their finest — wild cod from Icelandic Seafood, free-roaming Icelandic lamb, and skyr. It is a one-time opportunity to taste modern Icelandic gastronomy from the other side of the Atlantic, right here in New York City.
