Join us for a stellar culinary showcase celebrating Defined Hospitality, the visionary team reshaping Philadelphia's dining scene. This special gathering unites three of the group’s most beloved concepts—Lebanese crown jewel Suraya, iconic slice shop Pizzeria Beddia, and James Beard Award–winning southern Thai powerhouse Kalaya.
Leading the evening is Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic Award winner Chutatip "Nok" Suntaranon, whose bold, heritage-driven flavors at Kalaya have captured national acclaim.
