LAUX’s 2019 #DesignImpact series will be all about exploring ways to apply UX design principles in broader contexts, and in turn, uncovering creative ways to approach your work.

This month’s session will be facilitated by Jane Garza of NOBL, an organizational design consultancy on a mission to eliminate dysfunction at work. Join us to dive into a conversation on how UX can be applied to the inner workings of an organization, specifically around the collaboration and navigating resistance to change.

First, you’ll hear real-life business scenarios through a fireside chat with professionals working in UX, then we’ll work together through a short activity to help you learn and practice a new way of approaching these challenges in the future.

Panelists:
- Brian Clayton Experience, Director at Mainstay Interactive
- Maicol Parker-Chavez, Business Designer & Design Sprint Facilitator at EmSprint
- Nikki Thayer, Senior Designer at Carbon Five
