This workshop introduces a facilitation approach that helps groups move from discussion (and little or no action) to collaborative action, especially in complex challenge areas they jointly care about.
It is designed around neuroscience insights showing that discussing assumptions often narrows thinking, while turning assumptions into questions and shared experiments opens curiosity, learning, and new possibilities.

Core Principle: “When people discuss assumptions, they defend what they already know. When they turn assumptions into questions, they open space for discovery and action.”

To bring this point to life and further minimise discussion, facilitators Claudia Arena and Joost Visser will introduce exercises that encourage participants to express themselves non-verbally, opening our brains even more.
