This month we open the facilitator's toolbox and test, hands-on, several techniques for building real consensus: prioritizing, gauging support with Kaner's Gradients of Agreement, getting to the true source of disagreement.
You won't watch a presentation - you'll be part of the group, we'll test the tools together and reflect on what kind of situations they are best used.
