Details

Aug 5th session ran long probably because nobody wanted to stop. That is the best problem a community can have.

September 23rd is going to be the next one (maintaining roughly 45 days interval, Wednesday to be consistent) — and I tried to derive this agenda draft (subject to change!) directly from some of your questions/discussion topics that emerged from Aug 5th. Please mark your calendars.

Note: Venue is TBD

Tentative Times

In-person, 2 hours, Atlanta, GA possibly in town or midtown.

Doors open 12:30 PM. Session kicks off 1:00 PM.

Three topics. All driven by what YOU asked last time.

PART 1 — UNSTRUCTURED DATA + OPENRAG + CONTEXT ENGINEERING Enterprise AI runs on data. Most of that data is unstructured — documents, emails, contracts, case notes, reports. How do you make it AI-ready? We go deep on unstructured data processing and OpenRAG — the open, scalable approach to retrieval-augmented generation that does not lock you in. But this is bigger than RAG. OpenRAG is a context engineering story. Instead of stuffing a prompt and hoping, you build a pipeline that gives agents the right context, at the right time, at scale. Context engineering is becoming essential to go from testing and prototype to production. This is where it gets real.

PART 2 — CONTROL PLANE TELEMETRY — WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR YOUR BUSINESS? Continuing from Aug 5 session. Lets not lose that context (pun intended!).The control plane governs what agents do. But how do you explain that to a business stakeholder? How do you translate agent telemetry to say risks, audit, compliance reporting etc.,..

PART 3 — COMMUNITY SHOWCASE — WHAT DID YOU BUILD WITH BOB? This part is yours. Looking for volunteer(s).
