Icon Networking Lunch (IN) // Investor Meetup

We know the real estate investor's life is crazy. With early coffee meetings in the morning and various fires to put out by the afternoon, when is there ever a decent time to network with like minded full time people? We are hosting a mid day meetup to allow full-time people the chance to network during the 9-5 grind. This meetup is perfect for flippers, wholesalers, private money lenders, and anyone looking for a deal.

When: April 9th - Please arrive by 11:30 in order to order lunch. Meeting will start by 12:00PM with a hard stop at 1:00 PM.
Where: Reivers Bar & Grill - Wash Park, 1085 S Gaylord St, Denver, CO 80209

We encourage attendees to bring a deal, buy a deal, mentor someone new, recommend a great contractor, etc..........basically just make sure to add some value if you plan to attend.

Note: If you are new and learning the biz, we ask you to email and register with the host directly. We are more than happy to have you attend, but understand this is not a "learn the process" or "how to do it" meetup.

This event will be meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, so mark your calendar ahead of time.
