Event Description
February’s session continues the year’s cadence by exploring how doing more beyond core responsibilities unlocks growth. This includes contributions like volunteering, mentoring, taking initiative, and engaging with community or organizational efforts that expand influence and open new doors for personal and professional development.

Speaker Bio
Sarah Reeder is a Senior Manager in Service Strategy at Sky (UK), where she leads work to improve customer / product experience and drive strategic outcomes through insight and innovation. Beyond her strategic work, Sarah is passionate about lifting others up. She has overcome a fear of public speaking to deliver keynotes at industry events and is founding member of her department's People Squad to improve workplace culture.
Recently named a TechWomen100 winner, Sarah is an active voice in the tech community, with experience shaping service strategy, mentoring others, and speaking on how to build career growth by expanding one's impact beyond day-to-day responsibilities.
