Speaker Bio
Vivian Chen is a Melbourne-based Business Analyst, entrepreneur, and career coach specialising in helping professionals transition into Business Analysis and remain competitive in an increasingly AI-driven and globally outsourced workforce. She is the founder of D.C. Vivian & Co, where she has supported hundreds of professionals in developing practical, industry-relevant analytical capabilities.
With international experience across Brazil, Timor-Leste, and Australia, Vivian brings a global perspective on how the role of Business Analysts is evolving. Her work focuses on how BAs can position themselves beyond tools and technical tasks - strengthening capabilities that are harder to automate or outsource, such as problem framing, stakeholder alignment, and driving meaningful business outcomes.

Vivian is particularly passionate about redefining the value of Business Analysis in a changing landscape, helping professionals shift from task execution to strategic impact in the age of AI.
